Product Description
The aim of this handbook is to bring together in one volume knowledge of the use of dichotic listening in studies of hemispheric asymmetry and lateralization in the human brain. Originally a research tool, dichotic listening is now widely used in clinical and applied settings. As a work covering most aspects of the technique from both a theoretical and methodological perspective, this handbook should be of interest to psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech therapists, psychiatrists and neurologists.

Hugdahl provides a comprehensive review of the literature and the history of dichotic listening, but is in need of an updated edition. New advances have been made, implicating both speech pathology and neuropsychology, but this is still THE reference for dichotic fans.
