Comprehensive without being exhaustive, Bob Gardner gives great deference to manufacturers' recommendations while maintaining a common-sense attitude towards standardization (helpful when moving from aircraft to aircraft). Easy to read and understand, "The Complete Multi-Engine Pilot" is great as both a primary text and review material. Excellent book!
