This book took me on a journey and immersed me in the world of creation, the building of one of America's most popular museums, The National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center, in Chantilly, VA, near Dulles Airport outside of Washington, DC. From the title, I was concerned it would be a technical read and not of interest, but for me it was quite the opposite. The large coffee table sized book is also full of exciting color photos of the entire process which enhance the book. I recommend this book without hesitation for anyone who has ever visited the National Air and Space Museum, or has interest in architecture, museums, or Aero Space.
